What is the turnaround on an order?
Our standard turnaround is 3-4 business days on orders of 2,500 buttons or less. 4-7 on orders above 2,500+. Orders can be Rushed upon request. Rush ordering may be limited due to the size of the order and other existing orders.
What payment methods do you take?
We take Cash, Check, and Credit Cards. Online, over the phone, or at the shop.
How do I get my buttons once they are done?
Broke Seal will gladly ships at cost, though any preferred mailing service. We can have to have a bike courier bring them to you. Or you can arrange a time to pick them up at the Broken Seal Buttons Studio. because we love meeting the people who we make buttons for.
What size buttons do you carry?
We currently carry 1 inch, 1.25 inch 1.5 inch, 1.75 inch 2.25 inch, 3 inch round buttons. As well as 1.5 inch and 2 inch square and diamonds! And we are expanding all the time!
Do you have a store front?
Yes, We are located in the Mission at 3150 18th Street Suite #106. The entrances is on Treat Street.
